Returns

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. If you wish to return an item then you must notify us as soon as possible for returns instruction at customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk.

If you wish to return your order

When contacting us regarding a possible return, please provide the following details:

  • Your full contact details
  • Details of the products(s) that you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Date of purchase
  • Order/invoice number

If you wish to cancel your order

You must notify us as soon as possible (no more than 7 working days after delivery) by email at customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk stating the reason for cancellation. If the goods have already been despatched, they must be returned to us NEW, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED. A full refund will be made within 30 days including the cost of sending the item to the customer. We will not refund the cost in returning the item to us unless the item is returned because of an error on our part or because it was defective. We reserve the right not to accept any products where the packaging is damaged or defaced and therefore unsuitable for resale. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the notification email.

If the item is faulty or incorrect

If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course send a replacement or give a full refund. Faulty goods claims must be made within 7 working days of delivery of the item by email to customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk stating the reason for return. We will then inform you where the unit must be returned to and how to return it – a postage paid envelope will be sent to you or reasonable postage costs will be paid to return the unit if we confirm that the product is in fact defective. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the notification email.

If the item is unwanted or not what was expected

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them within 21 days of delivery. You must notify us with the reason for the return to customerservice@savewatersavemoney.co.uk. Items must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be suitably packaged and postage must be paid by the customer. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £2.00 on any non-faulty items. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the notification email.

We advise customers to obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office before sending any item.

Should you decide to return goods yourself via a courier service of your own choice then please note that this is done entirely at your own risk and cost, and you should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage / delivery for your reference. Please note that we can only accept returned items from registered courier services, and that customers are unable to return items in person.

If we receive a unit back which we have not been notified of prior to it being sent back, a refund will not be issued.
